The
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is the supreme authority of the Association.
The Association is required to meet once per year in an Annual General
Meeting which is held as a face-to-face meeting.
At the AGM
the reports of the President, The Treasurer and the Auditors are
considered, and, except for the immediate Past President, the Officers
of the Association are elected.
