Track the status of your application

When your completed Confirmation Receipt or Paper Application and certified photocopies of your supporting documents are received by the Admissions Office, you will be given or sent via postal mail an Acknowledgement Card. You can track the status of your application online when your application has been entered into our system.
Please allow three (3) weeks for your application to be entered in the system
Both your Login ID and PIN will be contained in your Acknowledgement Letter, along with instructions on how you can track the progress of your application online.
What is my login id?

  • I applied online through the St. Augustine website...
    Your Login ID is your-self created Login ID which you entered at the start of the         application process.
  • I  applied with a paper application ...
    Your Login ID is the number indicated in your Acknowledgement Letter which is sent to you via postal mail. 
    PLEASE RETAIN THIS LETTER FOR YOUR RECORDS.

What is my pin?

  • I applied online through the St. Augustine WEBSITE...
    Your PIN is your-self created pin which you entered at the start of the application process.
  • I applied with a paper application.
    Your PIN number is a six digit number indicated in your Acknowledgement Letter confirming your application details.  It is sent to you via postal mail.
    PLEASE RETAIN THIS LETTER FOR YOUR RECORDS

 

Steps to track the status of your application (processed applications)

  • Start at the webpage http://www.sta.uwi.edu/track
  • Log in using your Login ID and PIN.
  • On the Applicant Menu Page, scroll down to the Processed Applications Section (see example below)
  • Click the link displayed in the Admission Term of the application you wish to track.
  • View your Application Summary (see example below).
  • If there is a date populated under the Received Column for particular Requirement – this means that we HAVE received that item. If NO DATE is populated, then that item is outstanding and must be submitted by the deadlines indicated

Viewing your acknowledgement letter

    • Go to the Application Summary Page
    • Click on the “Application Status Letter” link. (see Example below)
    • Print this letter and retain a copy for your record.

    Steps to track the status of your application (submitted application not yet processed)

    • Start at the webpage http://www.sta.uwi.edu/track  
    • Log in using your Login ID and PIN.
    • On the Applicant Menu Page, scroll down to the Submitted Applications Section.
    • Click the link displayed in the Admission Term of the application you wish to track (see example below)
    • View your Web Application Summary (see example below).
