What programmes are offered in the Evening University?
The Evening University currently offers the following:
BSc Banking and Finance (Special)
BSc. (Political Science (Government)
BSc Management Studies
BSc Public Sector Management (Special)
BSc. Sports Management
BSc Insurance and Risk Management (Special)
BSc International Relations (Special)
BSc Leadership and Management
Certificate and Diploma Programmes
Certificate in Public Administration
Certificate in Local Government Studies
Diploma in Public Sector Management
Who can attend the Evening University?
The Evening University targets:-
- working adults, professionals and other persons who cannot attend UWI during the regular day schedules.
- Persons with family obligations that prevent them from taking courses during the traditional class hours.
I applied for Evening University, when would I get a response?
As a general practice, all persons accepted to pursue programmes at the UWI-St. Augustine Campus are advised via email notification.
Successful applicants to the Evening University programmes are also notified via email by mid-June.

Track the progress of your application at any time using our website. Start at the webpage http://www.sta.uwi.edu/track Login using the Login ID and PIN you created. On the Applicant Menu Page, scroll down to the Submitted Applications Section. CLICK the link displayed in Admission Term of the application you wish to track.
Please allow 3 weeks for your application to be entered in the system.
What is the schedule for Evening University classes?
Evening University classes are normally scheduled between the hours 5:00 pm - 10:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
