CHECK-IN and MEET & GREET

We at Student Advisory Services have developed programmes for you called Check In (29th – 30th August 2009) and Meet and Greet (17th – 30th August 2009), to help with your transition to Trinidad and Tobago and campus life. As you arrive in Trinidad and Tobago our Meet and Greet programme will ensure that you are collected at the airport and taken safely to your place of residence.  Our Check-In programme will give you the opportunity to spend one night with us on Campus, and be taught many important aspects of being a UWI student.  In addition, it will help you better understand the culture of Trinidad & Tobago and the University environment. May we suggest that you arrive in Trinidad on Friday 28th August in order to participate in this programme.  You will be responsible for the payment of your room on that night, while the University will cover the cost on the night of the 29th August.  Make sure to inform us as to whether you will need us to book a room for you for Friday 28th August 2009.

If you are interested in participating in these programmes register online for the Meet and Greet and Check In programmes as soon as possible as space is limited.
