Project Brief
This is a two storey building which includes staff offices and a conference room. It will be occupied by the Work Force Research and Development Unit which is to be funded initially by the EDF. A Design-Build contract was awarded for this project in mid-2012 and works commenced on site in July 2012. Construction was completed and the building handed over in April 2013. The cost for this project is approximately $1.5 million
