Dr. Khellon Roach, Manager, DAOC, (Left), attended the 44th Meeting of the International Forum on Diplomatic Training. The 2017 Meeting of the Deans and Directors of Diplomatic Academies and Institutes of International Relations took place from 6 to 8 September 2017 in Santiago, Chile and was hosted by the Academia Diplomática "Andrés Bello".
