This Department provides support services to international and regional students as well as postgraduate and mature students. Support services are also geared toward students with special needs e.g. academic support and accommodations for students with disabilities. The Department provides aids and devices such as laptops. USB drives, tape recorders and special software. In addition, special accommodations are made for special needs students in classrooms and during examinations. Academic support services are offered to all students of the St. Augustine Campus. These services include peer tutoring and pairing, workload management, career planning, examinations strategies, time management and educational assessment. Student Life and Development is also responsible for assisting students with Immigration issues.
