TRANSCRIPT FORMS & VERIFICATION LETTERS

For UWI, St Augustine graduates/Students requesting a transcript, request should be sent to

The cost of official or unofficial transcript US$6.00 or TT$30.00 per copy. Transcripts are processed within 10 working days of the receipt of request or may be longer at peak periods. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Financial Hold:

Students at the St. Augustine Campus are required to clear any hold from your record before transcripts can be issued.  Please contact the Bursary for more information. You can check your online student account (click here ).

 

Methods of request

In person

Official transcripts may be ordered and picked up by visiting the Customer Service Stations on the Ground Floor SAS, Building.

The following forms of payments are accepted:  Cash, Cheques, Linx, Credit Cards; international money orders which are encashable in Trinidad.

 

Mail

Print out and complete Request form, mail it along with money order. Kindly remember to sign the form. You can download the form here.

 

FAX

Print out and complete a Transcript Request Form; which should be faxed to the Examinations Section at 1-868-645-8649. 

A copy of the money order should be faxed.

Transcript orders by fax also require the graduate/student’s signature.

 

E-Mail

Complete the transcript request form and e-mail to transcripts@sta.uwi.edu

A copy of the money order should be scanned as an attachment.

 

Authorization Form:

If you are authorizing some one to make the necessary payments and collect the transcript when completed, please complete the authorization form (click here to download).

 

Sending transcripts to the UWI, St Augustine Campus: 

The Admissions Section receives transcripts from other colleges, universities, high schools, etc. You can mail transcript to:
