Mas: History, Development and Meaning
Pre-requisites: None

This course is an integrated course of studio practicals, field trips, lectures and research into the production of masks in the Trinidad Carnival. It surveys the roles of the designer, and the mas camp as cultural site for production of masks.

Assessment:
Coursework: 60%
Examination: 40%
