My name is Alicia Urquía. I’m Venezuelan. I was born in the city of Caracas. I’m a Certified Accountant from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). Approximately five years ago, the Centre for Language Learning (CLL) had the idea of offering a “Spanish for Business Course”; due to my background in business, I was offered the opportunity of being the facilitator of this program.
