Dr. Durga Prasad Singh, Senior Lecturer in Hindi

Namaste! I came from India to teach Hindi at the CLL. As in India, the existence of a multi-ethnic society in Trinidad attracts me. It is a great pleasure for me to be involved in the teaching of Hindi, as the Indian Diaspora is very prominent in Trinidad. I have found that there is a growing interest among Trinidadian students in learning Hindi and in knowing more about the literature, culture philosophy and wisdom of India.
