Information for Candidates

Centre TT120 offers both Academic and General Training modules. Registration for each module must be completed online.

Registration closes fifteen (15) days prior to the test date or when all available spaces have been filled.

Please note that payments can be made online (see the Online Payment section above) or in cash at the Bursary of the University of the West Indies and must be made no later than five (5) working days after registration has taken place.


For candidates who wish to pay online, please note that a payment confirmation receipt will be forwarded to your email address once the process has been completed. This payment confirmation receipt must be forwarded to the following email address as soon as possible:

For those paying in cash at the Bursary, a physical receipt will be issued at the cashier upon payment. This receipt must be brought to the IELTS office, Centre for Language Learning, the University of the West Indies either in person or a scanned copy sent via email to the above address.

This payment confirmation receipt is your proof that payment has been made. Your application status will be shown as incomplete or pending if no payment confirmation is received. This may cause unnecessary delays in the processing of your application and your being unable to secure the date for which you have registered. Your application may also be cancelled as a result.
