Students enrolled in any programme in the DMLL, whether it is a BA, MPhil or PhD, can choose any of our partner universities to do a semester or a year abroad.

French, Portuguese or Spanish students traditionally choose universities where they can study in a foreign language while doing courses for their other degrees. For example, a student doing a double major in Spanish and Linguistics can go to Spain to do their Hispanic Literature and Linguistics courses in Spanish.

The following are some of the universities where our DMLL students have done 1 or 2 semesters of their programme:

  • The UWI, Cave Hill Campus
  • the UWI, Mona Campus
  • Sciences Po Bordeaux
