Mrs. Lynda Quamina-Aiyejina

Lynda Quamina-Aiyejina (BA, DipLS, DipMan) has been a practising librarian since 1975, and has worked in libraries and information centres in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and Nigeria. Mrs. Aiyejina’s major interests lie in the areas of reference and bibliographical work, and editing. She had published several bibliographies and other reference works; co-authored some of the publications arising from the Trinidad and Tobago component of the Multi-Site Teacher Education Research Project (MUSTER) project; and was the Series Editor for the monograph series that formed a major part of the Education for All (EFA) in the Caribbean Assessment 2000. Since 2012, Mrs. Aiyejina has been involved with activities related to the work of The University of the West Indies on Best Practices in Higher Education, which was one of the Challenges of the Leadership for Institutional Excellence Project, spearheaded by Professor Clement Sankat, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the St. Augustine Campus.
