Under
their obligation to the Montreal Protocol, developing countries
were required to produce a halon management plan. These plans
include a number of halon management strategies that were articulated
by and for developing nations, and so would be relevant to any
of the English-speaking Caribbean countries.
The
halon management plans for Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica and Trinidad
and Tobago may be viewed and downloaded from this site. The plans
developed by Belize, as well as a number of other developing countries
may be viewed on the UNEP
HalonTrader website.
