An
Associate Degree is
a two-year degree from
a community college
or two year institution.
There are many programs
that teach animal science
in community colleges
all across the region.
If you enroll in one
of these programs you
will study practical
courses in the fundamental
of producing and caring
for animals. You will
also study the sciences
of chemistry, biology
and zoology as well
as other courses such
as math and English.
Many of the courses
taken at a community
college may be transferred
to a university if
you later decide to
continue your education.
