Caribbean Perspectives on ‘New’ Caribbean Issues. The Institute of International Relations will be hosting a Conference entitled “Caribbean Perspectives on ‘New’ Caribbean Issues: from vulnerability to Resilience?” on 27th and 28th June, 2008.   The workshop is intended to bring the international relations communities in the region together across linguistic and historical divides.
