Aims and Objectives
The overall purpose of this programme is to strengthen and enhance the capacity of officers in the public sector to engage in effective strategic leadership and management in this sector.

Applicants must satisfy the general University regulations governing admission to a higher degree and must possess:
Short listed candidates may be required to attend an interview to determine final acceptance.
Duration of Study
No. of Credits Required: 36 (from ten taught courses and a Practicum worth (6 credits))
The programme will be delivered over a period of four semesters and will include one course and practicum in the fourth semester.
