Wireless Internet Access is available for all members of staff at the St. Augustine Campus. The Student Wireless Network requires an identification logon for access. As a member of staff you are required to request a Wireless Internet Logon Account. This can be done as an email request from your staff email or you may come into C.I.T.S. to have your laptop configured.

Q. Where does the wireless network operate on campus?
A. Wireless access is available in the Main Library, most class rooms and student centric areas on the Main Campus. Eg. SAC, JFK lecture theatre & auditorium, courtyard south of the Main Library, greens north of the Main Library, by the tennis courts, greens North and West of Admin Bldg., Engineering & Faculty of Science & Agriculture Under crofts
Q. On what kinds of devices will it work?
A. Students and faculty with wireless-compatible laptops, notebooks, and/or personal digital assistants (PDAs) can access the wireless network
Q. What connection standard does the wireless network use?
A. The wireless standard used on campus is 802.11G which also supports 802.11b
Q. What internal/external "wireless card" is required in my computer?
A. Any wireless card that supports 802.11b or 802.11G should work.
Q. How Do I Access the wireless network if my device is already configured?
A. A user name and a password are created for you that will allow you access to the IT facilities on this campus. Your Username is your student ID, and your password is your date of birth (yyyymmdd).
Q. What if I have forgotten my wireless password?
