Library Information & Services As a vital part of the infrastructure for its teaching and research, the Institute has developed a Library that constitutes the prime information resource in the world, regarding the international relations of the Caribbean. It is a depository library of some international organisations (EEC, WTO), and receives publications of other major institutions by way of gifts and/or purchase.
