The Ceremony

Assembling for the Ceremony

• You should assemble at The UWI Sport & Physical Education Centre (SPEC) by 5:15 p.m. sharp.
• You will be met by ushers who will escort you to your assigned seat.
• Once seated you would  be presented with the Matriculation Register which you must sign.
• Guests are asked to be seated by 5:30 p.m.
• You are required to stay in place for the entire ceremony. Any change will disrupt the smooth flow of the proceedings.
• Students who arrive after the ceremony has begun will not be allowed to participate in the Ceremony. Please pay particular attention to this information and be guided accordingly.
