The St. Augustine Campus offers programs in the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (MOS). This training is geared for complete novices as well as computer users. Professional Certification will be awarded by Microsoft upon successful completion of the Microsoft Certification examinations.
What is MOS Certification?
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certificationis a premier Microsoft desktop certification, globally recognized as the standard for demonstrating desktop skills for Information Workers.
MOS Certification will be based on 2010 Microsoft Office System.
Technology Literacy (UWI Certification)

Technology Literacy will serve as the introductory course to the IT Academy's existing Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) courses for students who struggle for lack of computer skills. This course aims to equip students who are uncomfortable with technology with the requisite skills and practice necessary to utilize UWI's student systems effectively, perform basic functions on a computer and feel more comfortable with technology in everyday life. |
