HR hosts Customer Service workshop

Location: Institute of Critical Thinking, Lecture Room One

The Human Resources Division (HR) will host a Customer Service workshop on Tuesday 4th  December, 2012, from 9am-4pm, at the Institute of Critical Thinking, Lecture Room One.  

This workshop will be facilitated by Stephen Sheppard and aims to assist participants in providing service excellence to internal and external customers. The focus of this workshop will include:

  • Responding to client’s need in a timely, professional, helpful and courteous manner, regardless of the client’s attitude
  • Enabling participants to become more aware of the need to provide superior service in a consistent manner
  • Examining the concepts of service through the eyes of the customer
  • Helping participants to communicate for improved interpersonal and customer techniques
  • Redefining complaints and transforming them into valuable customer feedback
  • Evaluating and controlling staff attitudes about customers
  • Striving to maintain the service standard
