St. Augustine Education City Committee (SECC), under the auspices of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Tertiary Education (MSTTE), invites students of higher education institutions in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as members of the wider public, to participate in its logo and tagline competition. The SECC was created to oversee the development of St. Augustine into St. Augustine Education City, an integrated centre for academic excellence.   

This competition asks participants to design a logo and/or come up with a tag line for the soon to be established  St. Augustine Education City.
