UWI Discovers China!

The UWI, St. Augustine International Office invites you to join the ultimate bucket list experience to China!  

The UWI Discovers is a series of study tours that provide immersion in the culture, history, politics, architecture and people of the BRICS countries (five major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa), led by expert academic tour guides.

The UWI Discovers China series takes place from August 1 to 18. The cost of the tour is: US$6,000 (double occupancy) | US$6,600 (single occupancy) and includes: 

  • International flights
  • Domestic flights 
  • Ground transportation
  • Hotel accommodation
  • Daily breakfast
  • Monument and entrance fees
  • Sightseeing tours led by expert local guides and academic experts  
  • Academic Coordination
  • Logistic Coordination
  • Pre-departure activities

The project was started at the St. Augustine Campus in 2012 with an inaugural visit to India and The International Office has since visited Brazil (2013, 2014), India (2013), Cuba (2016) and South Africa (2017).
