New Courses

The University in conjunction with the ICGEB and The United Nations University will host a programme entitled “Caribbean Training Programme on Bioinformatics: Application of Structural and Computational Biology in Biomedical Sciences”. The programme will be held from January 18^th to 30^th, 2010. The programme will cover bioinformatics and applications to modern biology, molecular biology of human parasites, biological databases and mining comparative genomics, analysis of protein, protein structure prediction and DNA sequences, sequence phylogeny, immunoinformatics and the rational of drug designing. All sessions will be followed by practical/ lab demonstrations and practice sessions.
