Teaching staff, in order to improve the quality of service and extend the current range of functionalities in myeLearning, it has become necessary to upgrade the myeLearning system to version 1.9 during the period Friday, 18th-Thursday, 31st December, 2009.
During the upgrade process, myeLearning will not be available for user access. All existing courses will be migrated to the new version and course content will not be affected by this upgrade.
Please note that you will need to download and/or save any student information that you will need for marking as outlined below:
Coursework marks for assignments
Quiz results
Choice/Tutorial selections
Wikis
Forums Posts
Glossaries
Databases
The aforementioned is necessary because the system will not be available after 4 pm on Friday, December 18th, 2009. This information will only be available on myeLearning after the upgrade has been completed. Please take some time to review the announcements below.
Preparation for the New Semester II myeLearning Courses

Returning Teaching Staff - This is the time to:
Due to the upgrade downtime, the myeLearning Team will not be able to facilitate course shell requests after December 11th, 2009.
Removal of Semester I myeLearning Courses
After January 15th, 2009 your students will be removed from their Semester I courses in myeLearning, unless you inform the myeLearning Team of otherwise. If you would like your students to have access to your course after that date, please send an e-mail to: myelearning@sta.uwi.edu. Be sure to include course code, title, and the date for removal.
