The Institutional Effectiveness Unit, The Office of the Campus Principal
The Institutional Effectiveness Unit is an entity within the Office of the Campus Principal. It is mainly responsible for supporting operational excellence on the St Augustine Campus. It facilitates:
i. Capacity building of total quality management/organizational excellence on the Campus;
ii. Development and enhancement of non-academic operational quality through business process improvement and service excellence performance;
iii. Re-engineering organizational systems across Campus operations;
iv. Analyzing and monitoring Campus-wide continuous improvement; and
v. Monitoring the Campus’ performance and compliance with institutional accreditation standards, criteria and commitments.
