“Work/ Life Balance” Project Online Survey Open Now!

work life balance logoWhat does“Work/Life Balance" mean to you? Do you maintain a supportive and healthy work and family environment?What are your day to day challenges around family life and work? How do you handle the pressures of taking care of family and children?

Do you depend on elders or retired family members for childcare? Do you care for ageing people in your life?These are some of the questions raised in an ongoing UWI RDI project on“Work/Life Balance and Ageing in Trinidad”through the Institute for Gender and DevelopmentStudies and the SocialWork Unit.

The project team hopes to gather informationabout your day to day and family responsibilities. They are also interested in your ideas and thoughts aboutsupport systems and care work.The project team assures you that this survey and all information obtained will be confidential and keptsecurely as they work on this project.

All participants in this online survey will remain anonymous. You are free to refuse to participate or withdraw at anytime. The survey will remain open until November 30, 2016.
