Meet & Greet Programme Registration
Are you a first year student?
Let us know if you are arriving in Trinidad between August 17th – August 30th 2009. Times of pick up at airport: 9:00am to 12:30pm; 2:30pm to 4.30pm; 6:00pm to 10:00pm. We will meet you at the airport and take you to your Hall of Residence or to specific drop-off points indicated below.
Essential information for the use of service:
- Forms must be submitted 48 hrs before arrival
- Transportation will be provided ONLY for New Students to the St. Augustine Campus
- Provisions will be made for a maximum of 3 pieces of luggage per student
- One (1) travel companion with 1 piece of luggage may be accommodated (please note that priority will be given to students)
- Students will be dropped off at residence only
- Drop off points are Tunapuna, St. Augustine, Curepe and Mt. Hope
- Only students who have completed and returned this form will be eligible for this service
- PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENTS ARRIVING ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY ARE ASKED TO SUBMIT BY THURSDAY BEFORE ARRIVAL
