Mentorship Programme

Who can participate?: Final year students only

The U.W.I. Mentorship Programme is jointly hosted by the office of Student Advisory Services and The University of the West Indies Alumni Association (Trinidad & Tobago Chapter) of The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. The programme is geared towards developing the leadership and management skills of final year students by giving them an opportunity to experience the corporate world under the guidance of a mentor. Each Mentorship Programme normally runs for approximately six months.

STUDENT TO STUDENT ASSISTANCE SCHEME(SSAS)

Who can participate?: First year and first time students only

SSAS matches new students with returning students who will provide support and advice. The programme is available to all new students and aims to assist in the transition to University life. Interested persons are asked to contact the office before the beginning of the new semester of the academic year.
