The University of the West Indies produces (UWI) a quarterly newsletter entitled St. Augustine News (STAN).

The newsletter, which is one of the main communication tools for the Campus is distributed locally, regionally and internationally to UWI students, lecturers, alumni, as well as government officials, diplomats and other UWI stakeholders.

Since it was redesigned in early 2002, STAN has grown tremendously in size, scope and popularity.
