The Teaching and Learning Community (TLC)<\/strong> is an exclusive digital platform created specifically for staff members of the University of the West Indies (UWI)<\/strong>. Since its establishment in 2022<\/strong>, the TLC has evolved into a dynamic and engaging hub where Higher Education professionals come together to collaborate, innovate, and grow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Designed with the needs of educators in mind, the TLC provides a supportive space for members to share best practices, exchange fresh ideas, and explore emerging trends<\/strong> in teaching and learning. It serves as both a knowledge-sharing network and a professional development resource, enabling staff to learn from one another\u2019s experiences and collectively raise the standard of education at UWI.<\/span><\/p>\n

With its focus on advancing teaching excellence and fostering innovation<\/strong>, the TLC empowers staff to strengthen their pedagogical skills, experiment with new approaches, and integrate evidence-based strategies into their practice.
