{"id":1174,"date":"2023-08-18T16:49:55","date_gmt":"2023-08-18T16:49:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/test.sta.uwi.edu\/cits\/?page_id=1174"},"modified":"2023-08-18T16:49:55","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T16:49:55","slug":"legacy-servicedesk-reporting-tool-services","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/cits\/legacy-servicedesk-reporting-tool-services\/","title":{"rendered":"(Legacy) ServiceDesk Reporting Tool Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The ServiceDesk Reporting Tool enables users to generate data extracts and run various reports outputting data in .pdf and .csv formats, users with account access &#8211; are able to access reports based on Student Registration, Admissions including Entrance Committee Reports, Examination Data including Master Marksheets as well as print Official Transcripts.<\/p>\n<p>The ServiceDesk Reporting Tool Service is available between the hours of 7:00am \u2013 12:00am on weekdays, except if system maintenance and scheduled downtime has been agreed.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Obtain Service<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Users may access this service by navigating and logging on to the Campus\u2019 intranet. Access to the ServiceDesk Reporting Tool Application is provided by requesting a user account and privileges using the User Access Forms also available from the Campus\u2019 intranet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer must meet system requirements to be able to access the ServiceDesk Reporting Tool Application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CITS will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the ServiceDesk Reporting Tool Application is available for customer access during business hours<\/li>\n<li>Notify customers of planned maintenance and outages outside the scheduled maintenance times giving 2 weeks advance notice<\/li>\n<li>Periodically monitor the HelpDesk Reporting Tool Application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customers will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report application issues or errors to the CITS Service Desk<\/li>\n<li>Report data issues to the CITS Service Desk<\/li>\n<li>Work with CITS to document and report incidents, issues and errors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ServiceDesk Reporting Tool enables users to generate data extracts and run various reports outputting data in .pdf and .csv formats, users with account access &#8211; are able to access reports based on Student Registration, Admissions including Entrance Committee Reports, Examination Data including Master Marksheets as well as print Official Transcripts.
