Then, select the option\u00a0<strong>&#8220;View account.&#8221;<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/cits\/sites\/default\/files\/cits\/outlook-signout1.jpg\" alt=\"outlook-signout1.jpg\" \/><\/li>\n<li>On the My Account page, you will find a section displaying your avatar (or initials) and name at the top. Within this section, click on\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Sign out everywhere.&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/cits\/sites\/default\/files\/cits\/outlook-signout2.jpg\" alt=\"outlook-signout2.jpg\" \/><\/li>\n<li>A confirmation dialog box will appear, prompting you to click &#8220;Ok.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>If prompted to select the account, make sure to choose your\u00a0account.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure a full\u00a0sign-out, close all browser windows and exit any Microsoft desktop applications you may have open, such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and others.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please note that it may take up to an hour for all applications to recognize that you have successfully signed out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Performing this procedure will initiate the sign-out process for your Microsoft account.
