Office of the Campus Principal<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Campus Office of Planning and Institutional Research (COPIR) serves the campus community and its wider stakeholders by providing reliable data, strategic insight, and analytical support to inform decision-making at all levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our primary role is to advance institutional effectiveness through two core functions: institutional research<\/strong> and strategic and operational planning<\/strong>. We design and deliver data-driven studies, performance analyses, surveys, and reporting that reveal key trends and outcomes across teaching, learning, research, and administration. Additionally, we support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the University\u2019s strategic priorities, ensuring alignment between long-term goals and the campus\u2019s day-to-day operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collaboration is central to our work. We partner with faculties, departments, administrative units, and external stakeholders to understand information needs, collaborate on solutions, and strengthen a culture of evidence-based planning. Through these partnerships, we help translate data into actionable insight, supporting continuous improvement in institutional performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grounded in analytical rigour, data integrity, and service excellence, COPIR is committed to enabling informed choices that shape the University\u2019s future.<\/p>\n

The Campus Office of Planning and Institutional Research (COPIR)<\/strong>\u00a0 serves Campus Senior and Extended Management as well as the broader University community. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The primary function of the department is to collect, analyze and report on data that supports the planning function, as well as policymaking and decision-making. It also provides\u00a0information and analytical support in helping the institution to fulfill its overall mission.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In satisfaction of its mission, the COPIR has two core mandates, namely, strategic planning and institutional research.
