This course will explore the different legal alternatives around impact investment. By understanding the key role that the law plays in impact investing, the course seeks to provide students with the opportunity to approach legal documentation, with a practical perspective, that is generally used by Development Financial Institutions (“DFI”) in Latin America and the Caribbean.
