The Facilitator
Dr. Sterling Frost, O.R.T.T., DBA, MBA, FCG, Acc. Dir., is a distinguished Professor of Practice and Senior International Executive with expertise in corporate governance, talent management, strategy and organizational transformation. With over four decades of leadership across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean, he has influenced key sectors, including financial services, academia, manufacturing, utilities and public administration. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from The University of the West Indies and is an Accredited Director, Chartered Governance Professional, certified Executive Coach and Prosci-certified Change Practitioner. Dr. Frost actively contributes to academia as a senior lecturer and chairs multiple advisory boards, shaping policy and leadership development across the region.

When and Where
The workshop will be hosted by the Business Development Unit of the Faculty of Social Sciences, The University of the West Indies. It will utilize interactive pedagogy strategies to promote an engaging learning experience.
