This elective course starts by identifying the characteristics of digital projects, comparing and differentiating them from other project types with continued reference to the overarching project management body of knowledge, its principles, disciplines and processes. Next, core concepts are defined, including the differences between Digitisation, Digitalisation and Digital Transformation.
