Project Management introduces the student to the principles and processes of Project Management. The focus is on the tools and techniques utilized in meeting the project management objective of delivering projects that fulfil customer specifications, with respect to completion time, cost, and performance level. Additionally, the course explores the identification of project requirements, stakeholder expectations, and project constraints. The main topics covered are the five main project management processes: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure.
