\"\"The Organization and Management of Social Services aims to provide students with an understanding of the requirements for managing social service organizations. Students will be assisted in understanding the operational environment of social service agencies and ways in which organizational performance can be improved and optimized. To achieve this, the course is designed to help students to plan and humanize social service organizations through discussion and analysis of their experiences of social service organizations. Marks are given for discussion in tutorial sessions in addition to group project analytical reports.<\/p>\n
