It will also examine the development of regulation in the Commonwealth Caribbean and the impact of international agreements on bank regulation and the implementation of rules on bank regulation in the Commonwealth Caribbean. The course then turns to the relationship between banks and customers, including the legal nature of the relationship and the rights and obligations of the parties, and methods of payment.
