ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT - ENG. ADMIN.

PROJECT BACKGROUND

The existing twelve (12) passenger Kone elevator at the Engineering Administration building is over 25 years old and maintenance has become very costly with frequent breakdowns.  In light of this tenders were invited to replace the current elevator with a new one.

In June 2013 a contract was awarded to Caribbean Lifts Limited for the Supply and Installation of one (1) new Schindler 13 passenger (1000 kg) elevator.
