Dr. Festus Olutoge is currently the Senior Lecturer in Structural Engineering in the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department, University of the West Indies. He has a doctorate degree in the field of civil engineering with a specialization in structural and materials engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria’s oldest University. After his doctorate degree, he had gone through two postdoctoral fellowships: the first at the Structural Engineering Research Centre (SERC) in Chennai, India while the second fellowship was spent at the University of the West of England in Bristol, United Kingdom. Dr Olutoge has twenty-six years of teaching and research experience.
