We are responsible for the administration and coordination of examination and graduation processes, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of academic records and services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Administering University policies, regulations, and procedures related to examinations and assessment matters.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the planning, logistics, and delivery of examinations.<\/li>\n<li>Processing and publishing examination results.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting annual Graduation Ceremonies, including the presentation of graduates.<\/li>\n<li>Issuing official academic transcripts and degree certificates.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the distribution and control of academic gowns.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating student academic records and graduation data.<\/li>\n<li>Processing academic status changes, including Required to Withdraw (RTW) records.<\/li>\n<li>Managing course component information and examiner assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the submission and completion of examination marks.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Boards of Examiners and implementing approved academic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving examination and timetabling-related queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through these services, the Examinations Section is committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and student-focused support to the University community.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Language of Instruction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Language of instruction at The University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus is English.<\/p>\n<h3>Office Hours are as follows:<\/h3>\n<p><span>Monday \u2013 Friday (excluding public holidays or Campus closures)<\/span><br \/><span>8:30 am \u2013 4:30 pm<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
