This enables them to seek employment in the focus area if they choose to do so and also prepares them to pursue graduate research programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Students are provided with three options in the Department of Food Production, namely, Soil Science and Environment, Crop Science and Production, and Livestock Science and Production.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To fulfil the requirement for an option, students must accumulate at least 15 credits of courses as prescribed in the relevant sections.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Pursuing an option is not compulsory<\/strong>.
