LING 2001 Phonology (1)
Pre-requisite: LING 1001, LING 1002 and LING 1005
This course examines phonology in the context of some well-established theoretical orientations and provides opportunities to do practical work based on these theories. It links theory to practice and develops knowledge and skills specific to advanced phonological study.
Method of Instruction: 2 lectures and 1 tutorial per week
Assessment: 40% in-course assessment, 60% final examination
