PORT 2002 Portuguese Language 2B

Pre-requisites: PORT 2001

The course seeks to increase the students’ knowledge of more specific vocabulary as well as sharpen their ability to express abstract thought in the language. Students will engage in analysis of social, economic, historical literary and scientific issues.

Method of Instruction: 6 contact hours per week
Assessment: 100% in-course assessment

This course is a pre-requisite for PORT 3001 Portuguese Language 3A , PORT 3005/LING 3601 Portuguese Language and Culture in the Caribbean, and for PORT 3003 Modern Brazilian Literature.
