Ayanna recognizes that climate change is the biggest threat to the health of all of us living in these Caribbean waters. Recognising that a healthy population is a resilient population this fellowship will give her the tools to work towards increasing the climate resilience of her fellow CARICOM nationals by creating facilitative environments that allow us in the region to not only survive but to thrive!
