Academic Continuity
- Will my courses be cancelled for the remainder of the semester?
- Will classes continue to meet?
- Whom should I contact if I have questions regarding my courses/programme?
- How will course assessments be done and graded?
- Will course outlines be adjusted to reflect a different timeline?
- Will classes run according to my regular timetable or will a separate timetable be prepared for online classes?
- How soon will online classes commence?
- Who should I contact if I have questions about a course?
- Will this situation affect my academic progress? Will I have to take a longer time to complete my degree?
- When can I look forward to resumption of regular classes?
- What about exams? How will this be handled?
- What about grading for class attendance?
- Should I miss an exam due to contracting COVID19, how do I report this and what provisions will be made to ensure that I do not fail the course?
- Will the library be accessible during this time? If not, how can I access library services online?
- I am in final year and want to apply for a Postgraduate programme. What should I do?
Student Services
- How do I make contact with the Division of Student Services and Development (DSSD) for support/questions relating to Career Services, Financial Aid, Academic and Disability Support Services, Hall Accommodation, and Counselling Services?
- Can I still make a counselling appointment with the Counsellor at the Health Services Unit?
- What support is available at this time for students with disabilities and medical conditions?
